Mark Magnacca
Mark Magnacca, President of Insight Development Group, Inc. and markmagnacca.com, is a recognized business building coach, keynote speaker and author of "So What? How to Communicate What Really Matters to Your Audience" and "The Product is You." Mark's mission is to help sales professionals get greater results in less time by teaching his clients to put all of their communications, verbal and written, to the So What Test. By adopting a So What Mindset, clients learn to communicate and structure every message according the needs of the listener.

He is a graduate of Babson College where he majored in finance, investments and communication. He resides on Cape Cod (Massachusetts) with his wife Kristen and two children.

As Vice President of Operations, Annie Taber brings a unique combination of skills to her position at Insight Development Group, Inc. Annie is responsible for creating the infrastructure that provides a consistent, outstanding client experience in person, by phone and on the web at www.markmagnacca.com.
With more than 20 years experience in Marketing Communications at Eastman Kodak and Lucent Technologies, Annie has a proven track record of creating programs to successfully brand a variety of different products, services and industries.
In addition to her corporate experience, Annie founded All's in Order Professional Organizing where she helped small business owners systemize their business and free up time to focus on what they do best.
At Insight Development Group, Inc., Annie uses her communication skills to assist our clients in creating compelling personal biographies. Annie is adept at simplifying complex ideas and presenting them in a clear and compelling style.
Annie attended San Francisco State University and St. John Fisher College. She has been an active participant in Habitat for Humanity International's Global Village program where she had the unique opportunity to work alongside other volunteers rebuilding homes in Thailand after the tsunami. She lives on Cape Cod (Massachusetts), has two children in college and is often seen with her favorite ten–pound Shih Tzu companion, Harley.

Kristen Magnacca, co-founder of Insight Development Group, Inc. has been actively involved in the strategy and marketing of the company since it inception in 1996.
Kristen has been responsible for achieving both national and international recognition for Insight Development Group in various media outlets including; MTV's Road Rules, The Boston Herald, The Boston Business Journal, Fox Television and the BBC.
Drawing on her extensive experience in creating, producing and presenting seminars, Kristen is now presenting her own seminar series.
Kristen resides on Cape Cod (Massachusetts) with her husband Mark and their children, Cole and Grace.
